1.      The parties agree to the following, which shall apply during the term of the project. The project covers all products and services the customer has purchased or ordered, whether for its own use or for the use of its customers.

2.      Typefast 2000 will make every effort to ensure that all work carried out by them is correct, however, it is the client’s responsibility to check all such work prior to it being sent out or utilised in any way.  No liability can be accepted for any consequential loss.

3.      In the event of illness or technical failure of equipment, every effort will be made to ensure that the work is completed as soon as possible, but again no consequential loss can be accepted.

4.      Typefast 2000 guarantees a strictly private and confidential service and will not disclose to any third party the business of the customer.

5.      Typefast 2000 reserves the right to ask for a 10% deposit on transactions over £500.00.

6.      Payment should be paid within 28 days of the invoice date and interest may be charged on late payment unless by prior arrangement with Typefast 2000.

7.      These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and any dispute arising in connection herewith shall be governed by the laws of England and English Courts shall have jurisdiction.
